The sign-in code does not arrive
The code is sent to your number on WhatsApp, not by SMS. Check that WhatsApp is installed and active on that number, wait a minute and ask again — you can request a new code after 60 seconds, up to three times an hour.
The microphone, calls or meetings do not work
Open Settings → Permissions in the app: it shows every permission Qolqanat uses and lets you grant the ones that are off. Calls and meetings need the microphone; video needs the camera.
Adding more agents
One agent is included with every account. More are available as a subscription in the app: Settings → Plan, or tap “New agent” when you have reached your limit. The price is shown there before you buy.
Cancelling a subscription or restoring a purchase
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Settings → Plan → Manage subscription in the app. After reinstalling or changing phone, use “Restore purchases” on the same screen. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Meetings are recorded — who can hear them?
Only the microphone audio is recorded, to produce the summary and the tasks; video and shared screens are not. The recording is deleted after 3 days. Every participant sees a recording indicator and agrees before joining. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Reporting a problem, a participant or an AI answer
In a meeting, use the “⋯” menu → Report this meeting. Under any assistant answer, tap “⋯” → Report this answer. In the list of participants, tap “⋯” next to a person to report them (the host can also remove them). You can also write to turan@shymyr-ai.kz. We review every report.
Deleting your account
In the app: sidebar → your profile → Delete account. It is permanent. If you cannot use the app, see qolqanat.shymyr-ai.kz/delete-account.
