Delete your account

In the app

• Open Qolqanat and swipe right (or tap the top-left button) to open the sidebar.
• Tap your profile at the top.
• Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, chats, agents and their files, memory, tasks, schedules, personal finance records, call recordings and the credentials of every connected service.

What is not deleted with the account

• An App Store subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it yourself: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account and keeps renewing until you cancel it: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → choose the subscription → Cancel subscription.
• Records of meetings hosted by someone else stay with that host; your own copy of the tasks is removed.
• Payment records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the legally required period, detached from your profile.

If you cannot use the app

Write to turan@shymyr-ai.kz and tell us the phone number of the account. We confirm the request through that number and delete the account within 30 days.
